Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: cost $4 per order.

In rare cases, it can take up to 1 week for the items to arrive. If you wait longer than 2 weeks, please send us an email at info@wonderstripesus.com and we shall find out the whereabouts of your order.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Wonderstripes has many warehouses in various different countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carrier tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.

 

MY ORDER SHOWS AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT
We know how important your order is! If your package was marked as Delivered but you have not received it, confirm the shipping address of your order, and please check the following locations:

  • Carrier may have placed it in a safer location to prevent theft or weather damage. 
  • Mailbox
  • Porch
  • Garage
  • Exterior doors
  • Check with others in the residence that may have brought the package in
  • Check with immediate neighbors or property managers
